The Worst User Experience of any Streaming Service and Most Expensive
Just awful software. The fact that it is this terrible still, after it and HBO Go have been around for years, is astounding. I cancelled my Now subscription out of frustration, although probably only temporarily. The shows are great but Im not going to pay $15 for broken software, with crashes, freezes, terrible user experience, and random network problems (like low def streaming on my 150mbps connection).
At least fix the Real Time page so I dont have to scroll through 40 episodes to watch the latest one when December rolls around.
