Will not work with my Apple TV

I purchased the subscription last year for my favorite series, then cancelled after the season, now I have subscribed again, and for a month now, it has been allowing me about 10 seconds, then my Apple TV restarts, and this happens over and over. I do not have this problem with any other subscriptions on my Apple TV. Fix the problem!
