Not understanding all these negative reviews??

It logs in fine. Does request I log back in at random times coming back to the app but this could be a security feature. The screen quality is excellent running on our Samsung smart tv as well as the iPads and iPhones. No issues yet and Ive had this for weeks now. Makes me wonder how many of these negative reviews are user error.
