I was on the fence about getting this app. I was worried I’d have similar problems — and I do! I downloaded the app, registered and subscribed, and can’t watch a single thing. HBO Now tells me “Entitlement Error.” And asks me to “restart/renew" my subscription. But I just subscribed! Complete garbage. I’m incredibly disappointed. What’s more, HBO’s advertising this app ALL over Xbox 360 and Xbox One right now! How in the world can you advertise a broken product?! I’m embarrassed for HBO.
